What you’ll do

• Provide strategic leadership across all aspects of pharmacy operations — from fiscal management and quality improvement to regulatory compliance.

• Lead a high-performing team of pharmacists and technicians with purpose and vision.

• Drive initiatives to enhance safety, documentation, and medication distribution processes.

• Partner with IT and clinical leaders to ensure seamless system integration and medication safety.

• Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge as designated by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.

What you’ll bring

• Doctorate in Pharmacy and 7+ years of experience, including 5 years in leadership.

• Current or eligible Arkansas Pharmacist license.

• A strategic mindset, a passion for improvement, and a heart for pediatric care.
