As the Manager of Home Infusion, you’ll build and lead a pioneering home infusion program that delivers safe, high-quality therapies at the patient’s bedside—where they need it most. What you’ll do: - Lead the development and day-to-day operation of the Home Infusion Pharmacy, including sterile compounding and home-based therapies. - Design and optimize workflows, coordinate cross-functionally with service line leaders, business operations, and care providers to ensure safe, timely, and effective ambulatory care. - Ensure rigorous regulatory and quality compliance (USP <797/800>, state boards, accreditation), and champion medication safety and patient-centered care. - Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes, access, and value through data-driven initiatives and best-practice adoption. - Recruit, develop, and empower pharmacists and technicians; foster a culture of service excellence, lifelong learning, and professional growth. - Optimize workforce and resource utilization, leadership in change management, and strategic planning to scale the program.

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or university required. Licensed as a Pharmacist by the California Board of Pharmacy required within 120 days.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in Pharmacy required or
- PGY1 and 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in Pharmacy required or
- PGY1 and PGY2 (General) with 1 year of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in Pharmacy required or
- PGY1 and PGY2 HSPAL Residency (Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership) completion required
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
-Knowledge of California State Board of Pharmacy Laws and Regulations.
-Knowledge of Title 22 regulations.
-Knowledge of eMS regulations, both state and federal.
-Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and Skill in the use of establishing policies and in writing procedures and communication to coworkers.
-Ability to interpret new laws, guidelines as applied to the practice of Pharmacy.
-Ability to interpret regulations and guidelines as applicable to the practice of Pharmacy.
