General Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field. Three years of experience in a related field. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Performs complex administrative and supervisory program work for the Compliance & Operation Analytics department. Supports compliance efforts across departments, assists in audits, and contributes to training and documentation.
Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):
Assists in policy development and risk identification. Supports Associate Director in coordinating with Texas State University System (TSUS) Internal Audit. Participates in compliance reviews and data gathering. Conducts compliance assessments and audits. Develops and delivers training materials. Collaborates with departments to ensure regulatory alignment. Recommends guidelines, procedures, policies, rules, and regulations. Maintains documentation and reporting systems. Interprets policies, rules, and regulations and ensures they are followed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
