What You’ll Do
As Executive Director, you will provide visionary leadership and operational excellence across Mirmont Treatment Center’s inpatient and outpatient programs. You’ll:
- Drive strategic planning and program growth in partnership with Main Line Health’s VP of Behavioral Health.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Oversee financial, administrative, and clinical operations to achieve organizational goals.
- Cultivate partnerships with community leaders, referral networks, and stakeholders.
- Champion quality improvement, compliance, and regulatory excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. (Clinical degree in Behavioral Health considered with administrative experience.)
- Experience: At least 5 years of progressive management experience in healthcare administration, ideally within behavioral health.
- Skills: Strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills; experience in clinical program development and business growth.
