Sr. Employee and Labor Relations Specialist, Full Time Exempt
POSITION SUMMARYUnder direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for programming and services on employee relations, labor relations and employee issues to management. Establishes positive employee relations and best places to work culture. Investigates potential policy violations and advises hospital management. Provides manager training on current policies, policy changes and best practices. Provides leadership and legal expertise in collective bargaining agreement negotiations and legal interpretation.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIESConsults and assists hospital leaders with workplace employee and labor relations matters.Conducts workplace investigations and makes recommendations for resolution.
