Company: Headquartered in Denver, InnovAge offers an alternative care solution for seniors. Commonly considered a new social model for healthcare, the mission of InnovAge is to allow seniors to live life on their terms – by aging in place, in their own homes and communities, for as long as safely possible.
InnovAge does this through the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a federal and state-funded program that allows seniors to receive customized healthcare and social support at nearby PACE centers.
The core objective of PACE is to deliver quality care that is both coordinated and personalized. Each PACE participant has a team of medical experts dedicated to providing personalized healthcare and support to help seniors age at home. For more information: www.myinnovage.com
