The Rehabilitation Service has an exciting opportunity in the role of Outpatient Rehabilitation Manager . This position is open to a seasoned clinical professional with management experience licensed to practice as either an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) . The Outpatient Rehabilitation Manager is successful in driving and achieving high-level strategic MSK, departmental, and service initiatives through flexible, effective leadership . Managerial oversight to a large clinical PT/OT/lymphedema team and strong collaborati ve partnerships with multi-disciplinary professionals, Rehabilitation Manager /Supervisor colleagues, and Administrati ve leaders will be required. This role is based in Manhattan with oversight responsibility for 6+ clinical locations across NY and NJ (travel required to all sites).

Assist the Director of Rehabilitation to promote the vision and strategic initiatives of the Rehabilitation Service
Be responsible for clinical oversight and direction of physical, occupational, and lymphedema therapy services across multi-site territories in NY and NJ
Build and lead effective teams to drive excellence in skilled therapy services, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative, quality results
Make appropriate decisions when faced with complex and ambiguous situations
A strategic thinker and collaborative leader who is passionate about growth, change, and the implementation of care delivery strategies

Graduate of an accredited physical or occupational therapy program; DPT for Physical Therapy preferred; Master's degree preferred;Bachelor's degree required
Licensed to practice Physical or Occupational Therapy in NY and/or NJ by date of hire and will maintain dual state NJ and NY registration/licenses
Minimum of 5 years clinical physical therapy or occupational therapy experience required; outpatient setting, cancer rehabilitation, and lymphedema experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in outpatient and/or acute care preferred
