Lowenstein Sandler’s Tech Group is seeking a highly-qualified mid-level Associate to handle commercial contracting and transactional IP matters as part of our Intellectual Property practice. Candidates should have 3 – 6 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across various industries, including technology, digital advertising, and digital media.  Experience with open source, blockchain, privacy, trademarks, copyright, and right of publicity is a plus. Candidates should have broad experience with licensing, service, SaaS, supply, manufacturing, and similar types of agreements.  This position can be based in our New York City or Roseland, NJ office.
