We are searching for a Human Resources Representative to join our team located at our facility in Huntersville, North Carolina.
As an HR Representative, you will be responsible for working with RCP's new, current and former employees to assist in the hiring, administration and training processes. HR Representatives must adhere to all the rules and policies of the organization as well as ensuring RCP's practices comply with all local, state and federal regulations. You will work under the supervision of an HR Manager, but many duties are performed with little or no supervision. You will have the opportunity to:
Provide HR support to the plant population including employee relations on a variety of issues
Coordinate the pre-employment testing, background checks, physicals and onboarding of new hourly and salaried employees
Respond to employee questions and complaints regarding a wide variety of issues (benefits, work schedules, transfers, promotions, safety, unfair treatment, performance, personal issues, pay, and company policies)
Explain company benefit programs and answers questions about eligibility, coverage and new enrollment and yearly open enrollment
Ultimately, you will use your organization skills to ensure the successful operation of the HR team and will also help ensure that our employees are well-informed and satisfied.

We need you to have:
3+ years of related professional and progressive Human Resource experience preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of applicable state, federal and local employment labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
Icing on the cake:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
Knowledge of ADP Vantage or Kronos
