Under the direction of the Training & QA Manager, the Training & QA Supervisor is responsible for implementing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Training and Quality Assurance Program.
Coordinate, implement, and conduct departmental and institutional orientation and training programs for Environmental Services staff
Perform Quality Assurance audits and monitor and report on matters of compliance with regards to applicable regulatory standards and institutional and departmental policies
Lead performance improvement initiatives
Provide coverage for supervisory staff in their absence.
Assess and make recommendations on commercial availability of training materials (e.g., video tapes, slide series, autotutorials, etc.) in regards to their appropriateness and effectiveness for Environmental Services training needs.
Keep abreast of developments in methods, standards, and requirements for training and all current laws, regulations, and policies governing
Provide supervisory coverage when needed; supervises operations in assigned area and prioritize workflows to meet the cleaning and waste management needs of clients
Monitor all quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with federal, state, institutional, and departmental regulations/policies.
4-7 Years experience, required
Bachelors Degree, preferred
Multiple positions open. Evening shift and Night shift with weekend rotation
Monday - Friday 10pm - 6am
Monday to Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm
