Develop testing specifications for all parts of the system, create and document the test plan, do the actual testing, and document the results
Design, develop and lead quality processes and methods to test applications, reports and database. This involves putting structures in places to ensure that the requirements are correctly implemented, bugs are fixed and regression testing is performed.
Create, manage and document test requirements and high level test cases, followed by creation and execution of detailed test cases.
Develop, design, manage and perform manual or automated testing. This will include black box, white box, negative, boundary, stress, integration, exploratory, usability, system, platform or regression testing methodologies.
Create necessary test data through the applications or databases.
Keep up to date with standards and requirements of software quality assurance as stipulated by software testing authorities
Document and track reported problems and defects.
Work with team to identify issues, troubleshoot and resolve defects
Provide post-implementation support for all deliverables
Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills
Minimum 5 years of QA experiences with designing test cases, writing test documentation, executing test (Functional Testing, Regression Testing, UAT Testing, Migration Testing, Integration Testing, Backend Database Testing, End To End Testing, Performance Testing), and defect management
Thorough understanding of Software Development Lifecycle(SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle(STLC)
Minimum 5 years of relational database experience to navigate through data models, backup and restore databases for data migration testing
Minimum 5 years of writing complex SQL queries
Minimum 5 years of experience using Test Management Tool - Tricentis qTest
Minimum 5 years of automation testing experience using Tricentis Tosca
Minimum 5 years of performance testing experience using Neoload
Experience with MSTeam and Atlassian products - Confluence; Jira
Experience testing web applications and APIs built through MS technologies and Saleforce
Experience with working in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Excellent documentation skills and communication skills in both verbal and written
