We are looking for Consultants/Senior Consultants for our industry practices and capability areas.

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will immediately bring your talents to bear, working with colleagues and clients to solve specific problems inhibiting growth and value.  You will work side-by-side in a talented team of consultants to develop and implement pragmatic plans and conduct business, technology, financial, and managerial analyses that help clients transform their business. Use Design Thinking to uncover business requirements and insights, then translate them into actionable project initiatives and metrics. Improve clients’ business processes, leveraging Infosys business consulting tools and methodologies. Contribute to knowledge management and thought leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
• Proven record of academic and professional success
• Currently pursuing a Masters or Master of Business Administration degree

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant field with an equivalent degree and/or a proven record of academic success
• Proven ability to work in global/virtual teams
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and team player mindset, and adept at engaging senior stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze existing ecosystems and suggest strategies for operational efficiency and thought leadership
• A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in matrix team structure and assume front-end roles at client locations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desire to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones
• Fluency in English mandatory with bilingual skills a plus
