Sr. Compensation Analyst
In this role, you will collaborate with the Total Rewards Leader, HR Business Partners and business leaders to help drive, align and implement Abiomed’s Total Rewards Framework worldwide.  Key deliverables are to transfer practical compensation knowledge to the HR Business Partners and operationalize total rewards and compensation programs that comply with regulatory requirements, drive business results, employee engagement and enhance our culture.   Responsibilities             Assists in the implementation, and administration of Abiomed’s Job Architecture: job analysis, job matching, job leveling and job calibrations across business units, globally Reviews and processes planned and off cycle salary actions.
