Work Hours/Shift:

FT Days

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Ability to interact effectively with patients and families who may be under physical and/or emotional stress
• Ability to acquire and effectively apply knowledge relating to imaging processes, techniques, and procedures, in addition to basic business analysis
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to diverse roles as a member of the department and leadership team
• Up-to-date knowledge of hazards within the department, such as ionizing radiation and universal precautions to adhere to safety standards established by the hospital and regulatory agencies
• Annual planning – budgets, projects experience
• Prior success working with teams/managing people
• Performance improvement experience
• Ability to analyze and assess data, techniques, methodology, equipment operation, and quality control to ensure information quality
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

What You Will Need:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must be certified as an American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or (RDMS) or (CNMT) or (CRA)
• Must hold state license where applicable
• Associate degree in a related field
• Two years of leadership/management experience
