We are seeking an experienced Certified General Real Estate Appraiser to join our team. As a crucial member of our appraisal department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable valuation services for a variety of commercial properties (with the potential to specialize in particular asset).  Your duties will include conducting property inspections, analyzing market data, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate appraisal principles and practices, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, you will play a key role in helping clients make informed decisions regarding their real estate investments. You will need to stay current with market trends, property values, and regulatory changes to deliver high-quality appraisal services. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will interact with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license
• MAI designation preferred, but not required.
