Small Washington, DC-based, boutique food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, device, and drug law firm seeks junior or senior associate, or seasoned regulatory attorney eager for partnership track, with experience in FDA, FTC and USDA regulatory compliance matters arising from the formulation, manufacturing, labeling, marketing and sale of foods, dietary supplements, personal care products, medical devices and drugs. Experience with EPA regulatory framework, e-commerce issues and contracts is a plus. Opportunity for full or part-time.
Minimum 4+ years experience in food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, device and/or drug law, or as in-house counsel for FDA-regulated company/products. Must be detail-oriented, with excellent writing and analytical skills and proven ability to interact with clients.
Licensed to practice law in state of residence with willingness to waive into District of Columbia Bar. Residence in Maryland, Virginia or DC area preferred, but remote work is possible for right candidate not located in the greater DC area.
