The Oncology PrecisionMedicinePharmacyCoordinator plays a critical role in optimizing medication therapy for cancer patients through the guidance of genomic and molecular testing. Located in Columbus, Ohio, this hybrid coordinator position includes both direct patient care duties and administrative responsibilities leading the oncology precision medicine service for OhioHealth. The clinical pharmacist coordinator collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop personalized medication plans, interpret genetic test results, and educate patients on their treatment.
This position assists with the planning and implementation of operational and clinical initiatives related to precisionmedicine, including coordinating the organization's interprofessional Molecular Tumor Board. Direct involvement in continuous quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and workflow management is required. The coordinator also serves as the liaison with external genomic testing companies and provides recommendations to providers to optimize testing and services options and practices. In partnership with the OhioHealth Research Institute and Cancer Services, this position additionally supports clinical trials and other research in oncology precision medicine.
This hybrid role requires two days of on-site presence per week, including one day of ambulatory clinical practice at the Community Medicine Oncology Clinic at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution (Required).
Current Ohio Registered Pharmacist license or eligible for licensure in Ohio (Required).
Past experience with oncology molecular precision medicine is preferred but not required. We provide necessary training.
Direct experience in oncology clinical pharmacy practice and/or completion of PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency strongly preferred.
