Responsibilities: 

• Manages all operational functions to include personnel supervision, budget and patient flow to ensure providers have maximum opportunity to provide superior patient care to patients. 
• Ensures the clinic meets goals and objectives by establishing clinical targets in coordination with management while guiding office staff. 
• Responsible for management of staff, employee relations, orientation and training. 
• Acts in accordance with health center management and maintains office budget to ensure healthy fiscal growth. 
• Responsible for maintaining credentialing and licensing submission of payroll duties for all employees and attending ad hoc meetings. 
• Responsible for management of quality standards, coordinating with quality assurance coordinator to meet regulatory standards including JCAHO and OSHA. 
• Establishes quality assurance measures to include benchmarks and plans for improvement. 
• Demonstrates effective leadership by creating a positive work environment and providing regular feedback to all staff. 
• Performs regular PMIs with staff, anticipates staff needs and responds accordingly in a timely manner and appropriately responds to and documents employee relation issues.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 2-year degree in related field
• Current in-state driver’s license
• Eight years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field
• Certified Procedural Coder
