We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At NJ Eye and Ear Audiology, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our experienced staff is well-trained in a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
Responsibilities
Provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations
Develop treatment plans and make recommendations and establish realistic expectations with
patient’s needs.
Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow ups, and troubleshooting with a variety of hearing aid
manufacturers.
Maintain all clinical records and reports congruent with clinic protocols and standards, including
HIPAA.
Stay up to date on changes in the field of audiology.
Adherence to company policies and procedures
VNG experience (a plus).
Treating mostly adults, some pediatrics.
Engagement with marketing strategies for the practice.
Skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Knowledge of pediatrics to address the unique needs of younger patients.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to audiology and otolaryngology.
Understanding of physiology related to auditory functions.
Proficiency in computerized systems for patient management and documentation.
Excellent customer service skills to enhance patient experience.
Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using specialized audiological equipment.
