Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our Chemistry/Immunology team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with ELISA testing, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of laboratory diagnostic testing and quality assurance.
Job Responsibilities:
· Perform Chemistry and Immunology tests and procedures in the laboratory including but not limited ELISA testing and Automated Chemistry/Immunology testing.
· Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to established protocols and procedures
· Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results by adhering to quality control standards, calibration, and proficiency testing
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements
· Train and supervise laboratory assistants and other staff as needed
· Stay current with advances in laboratory testing techniques, equipment, and regulation
· Additional tasks may be assigned at any time by the supervisor
