The Human Resources team at the Thomas Hill Energy Center is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to power up our team!
As our Human Resources Administrator, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions. You'll be the go-to expert on our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, tackle any issues that arise and use your expertise to handle complex administrative functions and make sound judgments in challenging situations.

What You'll be doing:
Safeguard?Data?Integrity:?Coordinate the full employee?record lifecycle—new hires, exits, position, pay, and benefit updates—so data stays current, compliant, and audit?ready.
Accelerate HR?Initiatives:?Tackle projects and day?to?day tasks across all HR functions including strategic staffing, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and compliance. Manage multiple priorities with accuracy while meeting deadlines.
Manage Payroll?and Attendance:?Own the plant’s pay and absence cycle - verify time entry, build schedules, and resolve employee inquiries with precision.
Strengthen Technology Excellence: Lead as Subject Matter Expert in managing and updating our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, creating custom reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues, and training others to unlock its full potential.
Deliver Solutions: Apply your analytical skills and creativity to tackle complex challenges, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Detail-oriented & driven: You thrive under deadlines and pride yourself on maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including 3+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of human resources concepts and HCM systems. Experience with payroll compliance is preferred.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Teams and SharePoint, with the ability to create reports and dashboards that inform decisions.
Administrative Leadership: Proven experience in managing complex administrative functions and leading projects independently.
Collaborative Problem-Solving: A strong team player who excels at problem solving, sharing knowledge and leading through expertise.
