The Assistant Director, Systems will be responsible for the system administration and management of all current systems and tools used in Recruitment and Staffing such as: applicant tracking system, staff and leadership assessments, reference checking, video interviewing, background checking, drug testing, etc. This individual will troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes & enhancements for all HRRS systems-and serve as a point person for integration with the core HR system. This role will also oversee the requisition process, data reporting & analytics.
Responsibilities include evaluation of current systems, assisting with design and implementation of new systems, testing, documentation of all operational processes and tools, and acting as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for system-related issues.
Advise MMC management on Staffing-related issues in compliance with relevant policies, contracts, regulations and laws.
This role will oversee the day-to-day technical activities within Recruitment and Staffing and act as a liaison to other areas outside HR for all system related issues.
The Assistant Director, Systems will also be responsible for managing a team of end users including Talent Acquisition Coordinators and HR Assistants and managing the daily activities related to the Onboarding process ensuring timely submission of new hire and transfer files and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Manages process with the Justice Center for new hires/transfers as applicable. Manages daily operations of the department in the absence of the Director.
Bachelor’s degree required. Two ( 2) plus years’ experience. Must have skills in systems, detailed oriented, excellent communication skills; ability to troubleshoot master data issues; analytical approach to business practices; proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word; ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience/knowledge of HR systems and/or systems implementation preferred.
Salary range: $104,000 - $130,000.
