Serve as a key member of the compliance team leading strategic institutional projects in support of promoting and maintaining an effective compliance program
Under limited supervision, manage compliance training programs and facilitate education and awareness campaigns around compliance and ethics principles across MSK.
In partnership with subject matter experts across MSK, build networks to maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices; leverage knowledge to make recommendations and optimize MSK processes and practices.
Lead data analytics and reporting for various compliance areas.
Identify and assess needs; develop, plan, implement and manage projects, assignments, and trainings accordingly.
Create awareness within MSK by presenting data-driven information to staff at all levels.
6-8 years of project management experience.
Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders and systems and complex regulatory analyses and data.
Exceptional communication skills; an ability to build strong partnerships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills; an ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in a healthcare or academic medicine environment strongly preferred; Compliance experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
