Dear Prospective Candidate,
Bausch + Lomb, in collaboration with USC's Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, offers an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to the development of ophthalmic therapeutics within our Pharmaceuticals and Consumer products division. Fellows will contribute to eye health innovations while developing essential skills for a career as a clinical scientist in the pharmaceutical industry. Fellowship positions will be based in Irvine, California.
Clinical Development fellows will have the opportunity to:
Develop an understanding of clinical development strategy and execution, enabling advancement of Bausch + Lomb’s innovative Pharmaceuticals and Consumer eye care pipeline, from first-in-human through global marketing approval
Provide clinical input to inform the design and execution of clinical studies, drawing from scientific literature reviews and competitive intelligence analysis
Contribute to authoring key study documents such as protocols, procedure manuals, and Investigator’s Brochures. Also, clinical sections of Regulatory dossiers such a briefing packages, safety updates, and other submissions
Participate in data review, analysis, and reporting
Complete a research project aligned with Bausch + Lomb’s research interests and present the findings at a scientific conference
Interact with leaders in R&D Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products in the Irvine, California office
