This is an excellent opportunity for a 4th Year Au.D. student looking to work in a dynamic and patient-centric, private medically based ENT and audiology practice in Fredericksburg, VA. Our staff currently consists of six otolaryngologists, five audiologists, and three 4th year Au.D. student. We have three offices that cover the areas of Fredericksburg, Stafford and Spotsylvania, Virginia and the surrounding areas.
This position offers an opportunity to see and treat a wide range of ear pathologies. Job duties include a full range of diagnostic testing including: comprehensive audiological evaluations, vestibular evaluations, tinnitus assessments, newborn hearing screenings, comprehensive auditory processing disorder evaluations, electrophysiological testing, as well as hearing conservation and dispensing premium hearing instruments including tinnitus treatment devices (e.g. Lenire).

- Knowledge and skill required of basic test battery and basic skills in hearing aid troubleshooting, programming and dispensing.
- Knowledge of basic audiologic and vestibular disorders
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of fitting major manufacturers’ hearing aids, and capable of troubleshooting.
- Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
- Independently interpret results
