The Regulatory Officer 1 will work as a Department of Health (DOH) Data Privacy Officer specializing in Overdose and related public health privacy work.  This position will conduct legal research, provide guidance, technical assistance and develop tools and resources to identify and mitigate privacy risks focusing on opioid overdose and related initiatives and will focus on legal and ethical privacy issues regarding collecting, sharing, using and protecting data for public health purposes, including addressing determinants of health, improving population health, promoting health equity and research in opioid overdose and related initiatives.   The individual will work with the Overdose Data to Action
