Job Duties & Responsibilities:Accommodation Management Intake and Assessment: Receive and review accommodation requests from individuals with disabilities or other qualifying conditions. Assess the validity and reasonableness of each request. Evaluation: Conduct individualized assessments to determine appropriate accommodations. Consult with medical professionals, as necessary, to understand the needs and limitations of the requesting individual. Implementation: Coordinate the provision of approved accommodations. This may include arranging for assistive technology, modifications to facilities, adjustments to work or academic schedules, or providing auxiliary aids and services.
