The Hospitality Services Manager reports to the Director of Hospitality Services. This position has oversight of day-to-day operations, and functions, including but not limited to Training Quality Control, Compliance, Budget, Patient / Customer Satisfaction, and Labor and Employee Relations responsibilities. Manages all cleaning and waste management functions within the scope of Hospitality Services, in the Medical Center. Duties are directed towards patient/customer satisfaction, the provision of a clean and safe environment, and meeting established department objectives; Ensures that all Regulatory Requirements and standards for maintaining a safe and clean environment are met Develops and c
