Job SummaryThe PTOT Frontline Supervisor will have the unique opportunity to supervisor both our Boston and Waltham teams. This position will oversee all daily front desk operations such as clinic scheduling, productivity, workflow processes, training and development, and performance management. They will also act as the department Superuser for programs such as Epic, patient portal, and project mosaic.
