Venable LLP's Advertising and Marketing Group seeks a midlevel associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join the practice in the Washington, D.C. or New York office.   The qualified candidate has experience in advertising and marketing compliance counseling and transactional work. The successful candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials, as well as experience in claims substantiation, advertising reviews, social media, promotions, automatic renewal laws, multi-level marketing, telemarketing, marketing services agreements, and other similar areas across federal and state legal requirements. This role supports the firm's advertising law group and works with a variety of clients ranging from e
