INTERNAL TO CCO Business Analyst I for the Dispute Project Team is responsible for Regulatory of all dispute partnered/sponsored projects. The individual would be managing day to day tasks that include writing and validations of test scripts, managing small projects. The individual would be responsible for reviewing, identifying issues with to dispute systems and/or back office processes through test scripts, maintaining testing documentation, communication with management/IT, presentations, and project implementation support. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, knowledge of dispute rules/regulations, and dispute systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as excel, word, visio, powerpoint and MS projects.
