Description The purpose of this position is to provide expertise and direct the Association’s ethics program.   Responsibilities Direct ASHA’s ethics program including the ethics complaint disciplinary process under the Code of Ethics to ensure consistency, due process, and fairness to persons under investigation, to persons who lodge complaint, and others; assist the Board of Ethics (and National Office staff) regarding all aspects of disciplinary policies and procedures, and serve as an objective National Office resource for Complainants and Respondents during complaint adjudication proceedings.
