The UCSF Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) is a federally-funded, state-designated Hemophilia Comprehensive Diagnostic and Treatment Center. The Center must comply with an increasing number of federal and state mandated regulations. This position is being created as the Center requires a Program Manager to ensure compliance with these regulations as well as to manage overall program performance. The Program Manager will manage all aspects of the program with particular attention to the Center's 340B factor medication distribution program, federal grants, and special projects. The Program Manager is responsible for the integration of the separate Oakland and San Francisco 340B programs, into a single program. Under the direction of the Division Manager and Medical Dir
