We?re looking for a detail?oriented, curious, and motivated Medical Technologist who?s ready to take on meaningful work and contribute to real?world scientific progress.
What You?ll Do
As a key member of our laboratory team, you will:
- Perform a variety of non?clinical lab tests that support high?stakes pharmaceutical studies.
- Analyze specimens with accuracy and confidence-your results matter.
- Troubleshoot challenges, validate assays, and help refine our testing processes.
- Keep our lab running smoothly with well?maintained instruments and clean, safe workspaces.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure studies stay on track and clients stay informed.
- Contribute to new assay validations and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- ASCP certification (MT or MLT)-required.
- Bachelor?s degree and a 12-month Medical Technology training program, OR a Bachelor?s in a chemical, physical, or biological science plus one year of training/experience in the testing specialty
- Training must be equivalent to that of an accredited Medical Technology program

What You?ll Be Doing Day?to?Day
- Run and verify laboratory tests.
- Ensure sample integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform quality control and document results.
- Maintain instruments and calibrations.
- Enter data accurately with complete audit trails.
- Uphold safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in proficiency testing and ongoing training.
- Support assay validations and study teams.
