Vacancy ID: PDS004710Position Summary/Description: The Higher Education Legal Fellow engages in a wide-ranging practice within the Office of University Counsel ('OUC'). Reporting to a Senior University Counsel, the Legal Fellow is exposed to a variety of legal issues pertinent to colleges and universities. Areas of practice include constitutional law, employment, business operations and transactions, health care law, student matters, administrative law, intellectual property, regulatory matters, affiliation agreements, and general litigation support.
