We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to join our pharmacy operations team in Cary, North Carolina. This is a contract role requiring full-time onsite presence initially, with potential to transition to a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will be registered with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy, possess excellent data entry capabilities, and demonstrate strong attention to detail in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and efficient data entry related to prescription processing, inventory, and patient information.
Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications as needed, following all relevant guidelines and procedures.
Verify patient and prescription information to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Maintain and organize pharmacy records, logs, and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols in all aspects of pharmacy operations.
Provide general support to the pharmacy team as required, including administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential is mandatory.
Must be actively registered with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
Proven proficiency in data entry, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Willingness and ability to work onsite full-time during the initial phase.

Phase 1: Onsite Requirement
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Duration: Through the end of February
Location: Cary, NC – 100% Onsite
Phase 2: Hybrid Transition (Post-February)
Schedule: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – required to work onsite 2 days per week
