Grossing Technician
The Keck School of Medicine, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine is seeking a full-time Grossing Technician to join its team.As an active member of the surgical pathology team, the Grossing Technician will function as an active member of the anatomic pathology team and assist the Pathologists Assistants and Pathologists as necessary, performing high complexity testing and is responsible for performing duties associated with the gross examination and prosection of tissue for histological examination for both surgical and autopsy pathology.The incumbent will:Receive and accession surgical pathology specimens.Dissect and prepare non-complex surgical tissues.Perform specialized procedures such as frozen sect
