The Medication-Use Safety and Policy Pharmacy PGY 2 Residency expands new pharmacy practitioners baseline knowledge in formulary management, medication safety and policy and procedural development. The PGY-2 resident will work closely with formulary experts, the system medication safety director and facility safety leaders.
