Scope of Position/Position Summary The Administrative Fellowship at The James Cancer Center is a one-year program, that provides on-the-job training in the skills and responsibilities required of a cancer center administrator in a major academic health system. Reporting directly to the Associate Executive Director (AED) of The James Cancer Center, and collaboratively to the Senior Leadership Team, the Administrative Fellow assumes increasing levels of responsibility by working with administrators and staff at all levels of the organization.
