Job description: The job is motivated by the need of data integration analysis of large-scale multi-omics data that have been generated in the lab, such as DNA-/RNA-/ATAC-sequencing, biomedical image, etc. By analyzing the multi-omics data, we aim to combine complementary advantages of these data to understand the coordinated pathogenic regulatory pathway from different angles.
Responsibilities-100%:
Install and implement bioinformatics software and pipeline.
Analyze the multi-omics data, e.g., short read and long read, DNA-seq and RNA-seq, pathology image, GWAS, etc.
Collaborate with research teams to ensure the accuracy and clarity of analysis.
Generate reports as needed and present the project progress.
Maintain and update the software for the long-term usage in the lab.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Bioinformatics) OR a combination of education and relevant work experience to equal at least four years
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in bioinformatics, high-throughput sequencing data analysis, and/or image processing.
Strong programming skill in Python, Bash, and/or R.
