Position Summary/ Department Summary: The Cash Posting & Credits Supervisor oversees daily payment posting, credit balance resolution processes, and departmental staff. This role ensures that all payments are accurately posted and that all credit balances and overpayments are resolved promptly. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of medical cash reconciliation, refunds, and credit balance resolution processes, along with strong leadership skills to develop and guide the team.
