About the Role:

As Senior Manager of Membership Experience you will:
•    Plan and execute membership renewals, budgeting, actively support recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.
•    Shape and implement a results-driven sales and market development strategy
•    Conduct high-level communications and collaborate across the organization 
•    Ensure membership-related data upkeep in the CRM system and analyze trends to drive insights and performance
•    Manage and implement membership onboarding system for new members 
•    Manage ACMA booth and membership engagement activities at trade show events.
•    Identify and pursue strategic membership affinity program benefits
•    Report directly to the Vice President of Membership and Strategic Partnerships and work with Membership       Experience Coordinator and DBA

What We’re Looking For:

•    Proven track record in membership support, retention and growth  
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
•    Project management and operational expertise
•    Trade association experience a plus
•    Experience in Nimble AMS/Salesforce or other CRM system and data analytics and reporting.
•    Strong business acumen and communication skills
•    Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
•    Willingness to travel 2-4 trips a year
