The University of Minnesotaâ™s (UMN) Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to initiate and facilitate quality improvement projects, processes, and metrics.  The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management and quality improvement methodologies (lean, Six Sigma, A3, etc) and will be expected to provide QI training/support to residents and faculty, and lead quality project initiatives and compliance within the department.  This position will be required onsite 100% and work will be based on the Twin Cities campus.Responsibilities:25% Partner with the Chair of Quality Education: o Consult in development and implementation of a Quality Education program for residents and incoming facultyo Lead residents with their quality
