Salary Range: $76,200-158,800
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and four years of experience in administrative analysis or operations research, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of respiratory protection, hazardous materials, fire safety, occupational safety, infection control, and industrial hygiene.
Familiarity with hospital operations, safety codes, Joint Commission standards, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, databases, email systems, and Storyline 360. Ability to interpret laws, policies, and safety regulations.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead training sessions, deliver presentations, and collaborate with staff, management, and regulatory agencies.
Required
to hold valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance
with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull
Notice Program.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, on-call rotations, and overtime. Must participate in medical monitoring and wear safety equipment.
Preferred: Safety-related certification and healthcare experience.
