The MAIC trainer position will provide educational and onboarding support to new employees as well as annual competency to current team members. This position will also assist with maintaining payer and manufacturer relationships to provide updates on coverage and assistance programs to the MAIC team. Lastly this position will provide a variety of pharmacy patient access services including, obtaining prior authorizations, enrolling patients in financial support programs, claim denial support, and primary liaison for clinic support/workflow development.

Required License/Registration/Certification :
Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician by either PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT); Registered with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Education/Experience:
Associate or bachelor's degree and hospital and/or retail pharmacy technician experience preferred.
