The purpose of this class is to perform professional administrative duties, develop and implement functional processes within the Health and Human Services Department.Bachelor's degree in Health, Human Services, Human Resources, Business, Education or related field required., Master's degree preferred. Five years of experience in education, health, human services, health care, or program development/project management required. Prior experience in, and ability to work effectively with a diverse population preferred.  Licensure/certification related to education, health care, human services or program management is preferred.  Valid driver's license with a good driving record with less than five (5) points.
