About the Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX
The Opportunity
Cornell's Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX is dedicated to providing comprehensive, impactful, and engaging educational programs and solutions to the Cornell community (students, faculty, and staff) in the areas of protected-status discrimination, harassment and bias, sex and gender-based harassment and misconduct, employee reasonable accommodations, equal employment opportunity, and other equity focused programming. You will apply a comprehensive understanding of civil rights compliance requirements and University policies and procedures to training and education opportunities that you will develop and provide to the campus community.
Working with the OIETIX Equity Data Analysis Specialist, you will assist in the development and implementation of data collection and analyses projects (e.g., climate surveys, listening sessions, open forums), and design research-based strategic action plans relative to training initiatives.
While position responsibilities vary, every member of our community is expected to foster a culture of belonging and a psychologically healthy work environment by communicating across differences; being cooperative, collaborative, open, and welcoming; showing respect, compassion, and empathy; engaging and supporting others regardless of background or perspective; speaking up when others are being excluded or treated inappropriately; and supporting work/life integration of oneself and others.

- Demonstrate exceptional communication, project management, and professional integrity, contributing to a culture of respect, trust, and inclusion.
