The clinical pharmacy specialist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care with a specific focus on oral chemotherapy to patients managed in our bone marrow transplant oncology clinic at the Penn Medicine at Perelman location. The specialist will be expected to develop a practice within the various ambulatory practice sites and liaison as appropriate with other partners.
