The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary
The BARS lab seeks a variable hour officer to support ongoing activities in the BARS lab related to clinical studies investigating cerebrovascular disease as it relates to aging and other neurodegenerative conditions. An ideal candidate would have experience in clinical research and enjoy working in a team. The candidate would work under the supervision of more established and senior coordinator and these coordinators of directly by the PI, Dr. Gutierrez, will delegate tasks.
Responsibilities
Mailing letters, mailing, phone calls to participants.
Regulatory compliance checks
Obtained informed consent form
Escort participants to various research locations if needed
Data filling and entry in redcap or excel
Comply with IRB-mandated training courses
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Postgraduate degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish
