Hearing Consultants is seeking an Audiology Extern to join our team in May/June 2025.

Since 2009 Hearing Consultants has been a private practice with two locations in the metro St. Louis, Missouri area. Our mission is to provide provide patients with a warm and inclusive environment where we share our passion and expertise. We understand hearing health is personal, not a transaction. We believe in providing a tailored hearing health plan to drive our patients' hearing goals, so they can focus on the activities and people they care about most.

The ideal candidate would have interest in working in a team environment with a tight knit group of audiologists with a focus on best practice and patient-centered care.

The audiology extern responsibilities will include: Conducts audiometric and electrophysiologic evaluations on patients of all ages, counsels and motivates patients to seek treatment, fits and verify hearing aids with REM, provides ongoing care for hearing aid patients in clinic settings as well as provides support to a large health system's newborn hearing screening program.

Time will be split between two clinics approximately 20 miles apart. Percentage of time at each clinic will be roughly equal, although does vary based on scheduling needs.
